In this beautiful circle, we’ll open our hearts with cacao, activate our voices through singing and meditation, and journey together with the drum to connect with our spirit allies for guidance and support.

Mindful Fridays: Cacao + Soundbath
An evening to pause, breathe and reconnect. Join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by a deeply nourishing soundbath. Together, we will sip cacao, set intentions, and then surrender to the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, voice, and sacred instruments. A moment to slow down, restore your nervous system, and come back to yourself.
