How do I cancel a class I've booked?
If you can't come along to a class anymore we really appreciate you cancelling as early as possible. This way, we won't be waiting for you, and someone else can take your place.
Cancel via the Momence app
Navigate to the class in the 'upcoming bookings' section, on the schedule and tap Cancel
Cancel via the Momence website
Navigate to wwww.momence.com and log in
Once you've logged in, you should immediately see a list of your upcoming classes. If not, click My classes at the top left
Click the three dots next to the class you want to cancel
Click Cancel yourself
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. You can book via our website.Are you on Classpass?

As an independent studio offering small group classes, this allows us to support our teachers with sustainable pay while keeping Oca a nurturing, high-quality space for everyone who walks through the door.
