We are deeply honoured to serve Selva Bio’s ceremonial cacao in our rituals at Oca London. This cacao is sourced from the Ashaninka tribes in Peru’s central rainforest, and is made from the pure Criollo variety, known for its rich flavour and heart-opening properties

We love WatchHouse for their beautiful space and seriously good coffee. A perfect pre- or post-yoga stop just around the corner from Oca. Their cakes and oat flat whites are always a hit with our team!

Plants of Roselyn brings vibrant, plant-based Thai flavours restaurant crafted with love and fresh ingredients. Roselyn’s cooking is colourful, nourishing, and rooted in her culture a beautiful match for Oca’s spirit of community and wellbeing. 🌿💛

The King of Falafel on Tower Bridge Road is our go-to between classes just a 2-minute walk and always spot-on. Fresh, wholesome, flavour-packed meals that don’t break the bank. We pop in a few times a week for their falafel wraps and it never disappoints. Proper comfort food, fast, delicious and local.

Is our beloved Italian spot just around the corner small, authentic and always top quality. Their fresh pastas and risottos are incredible, and the deli is a treasure: think handmade sandwiches, fresh and dry pasta, and beautiful Italian cheeses. A cosy, delicious slice of Italy right here in Bermondsey.
