is like a mini women’s circle ceremony, connection and free-flow movement inspired by yoga and somatics. Each session blends breath, sound, and guided exploration to honour feminine power leaving you more connected to your body, community and creative essence.

a playful practice using the support of a hammock to explore spinal health, build strength, and experience deep relaxation. uplifting, fun, and restorative all at once.

simply lie down and receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and other instruments. The sound waves help to release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the mind and body into balance.

yoga for elders is a gentle, supportive practice designed to enhance vitality, mobility, and overall well-being. classes are mat or chair-based, making yoga accessible to all levels of ability. through simple postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation, we support joint health, balance, flexibility, and circulation while easing tension in the body and mind.
