    A grounding flow practice that weaves breath, movement, and awareness. Expect a slow but strong sequence, guided by mindfulness principles moving with intention, pausing often to reconnect with the present moment.

    Each class invites you to tune into sensation rather than shape, cultivating steadiness and clarity both on and off the mat. We close with an extended meditation to settle the mind and integrate the practice.

    Restore is a gentle blend of yin and restorative yoga designed to soften the body and calm the nervous system. Expect long, supported floor-based holds that open the fascia, release tension and invite deep rest.

    This practice honours a softer, feminine energy, slow, intuitive and spacious.

    Suitable for all levels, perfect for anyone craving stillness, ease and nervous-system nourishment.

    is like a mini women’s circle ceremony, connection and free-flow movement inspired by yoga and somatics. Each session blends breath, sound, and guided exploration to honour feminine power leaving you more connected to your body, community and creative essence.

    supportive postnatal yoga, asanas, breath, baby bonding and community: open to parents from 6 weeks post-birth (8 weeks after C-section, with GP approval) and suitable for pre-crawling babies

  • Mandala Vinyasa

    A joyful and dynamic practice, that will start and end with Yin postures, while the main part will be flowing with Mandala Sun Salutes travelling 360 degrees around the mat, exploring different and new places within the practice and ourselves.

    Each class will focus on a specific part of the body depending on the element of the day

    (Earth, Air, Fire & Water) in accordance to the Mayan calendar.

    The intention is to challenge and at the same time nourish both body, mind and spirit.

    simply lie down and receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and other instruments. The sound waves help to release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the mind and body into balance.

    yoga for elders is a gentle, supportive practice designed to enhance vitality, mobility, and overall well-being. classes are mat or chair-based, making yoga accessible to all levels of ability. through simple postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation, we support joint health, balance, flexibility, and circulation while easing tension in the body and mind.

    our community class is designed to be accessible to everyone. This all-levels Vinyasa Flow is offered at £10 drop-in (instead of £20).
