1. General

All class passes, drop-ins, and unlimited memberships (purchased online or in person) are non-refundable.
Our Intro Offer is valid for 14 consecutive days from your first booking. It is non-refundable and non-extendable, and cannot be paused once started.

2. Activation

Class packs, passes, and the Intro Offer become active on the date of your first class booking.

3. Booking & Waitlists

We recommend booking ahead - spaces are limited. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist (valid payment method required).

All bookings are personal but if you want a friend to come in your place, let us know at gabi@ocalondon.com.

If a spot opens up, you’ll get an automatic email confirming your place. These can come through at any time - please check your inbox.

If you’re added to a class within an hour of start time and can’t make it, please let us know at gabi@ocalondon.com.

4. Class Pack Validity

• 8 -class pack: valid for 3 months

• 20-class pack: valid for 6 months

Sorry, we don’t offer extensions or freezes on packs.

5. Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? You can do it via momence or by emailing gabi@ocalondon.com.

If you cancel 12 hours before the class, we will exchange it for a class credit.

• Early cancel = class pass credited to your account

• Late cancel = no refund

If Oca cancels the class, your booking will be exchanged for a class credit.

6. Memberships (Direct Debit)

• 3-month minimum commitment

• You can pause for full months only (one at a time)

• Cancel anytime after 3 months with notice before your next billing date

You’ll need your sort code, account number, and address to set up.

7. Workshops & Courses

All purchases are non-refundable.

However, if there’s a waitlist, we can swap your booking for a credit if your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.

If Oca cancels the workshop or course, you’ll receive a full refund.

Transferring your spot? Please email us their full name so we can update the record and waiver.

8. Retail

All items purchased are non-refundable.
Exchange or credit available only if an item is faulty or unusable.

9. Studio Etiquette

Timekeeping:
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time. We have no reception area so anyone arriving after the class start time will not be admitted. Sorry.

Practice Space:
You can bring your own mat or use our Lifeforme mats . Please clean studio mats after use with the spray and towels provided and leave in place to dry.

Lost & Found:
Items left behind are kept for one month. After that, they’ll be donated to one of our local charities.

Showers:

We do not have shower facility. Sorry.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy before booking.
Yoga classes and activities are done at your own risk.
In the event of injury, we are not liable.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave a class due to disruptive or anti-social behaviour.

Oca reserves the right to refuse entry to anybody.
