Her Body of A.R.T.

Her Body of A.R.T. is a reclamation, adoration and celebration of the fully fleshed expression of the female body. There has never been a more important time in history for women of all ages, shapes, sizes and lived experiences to come together in an emotionally mature, matriarchal space of an all female gaze to reclaim ownership of our bodies and stories in tenderness, power and pleasure. This day is not a female empowerment event or a fluffy feminine space. It is a ceremonial remembrance and reverence of the female form as the most knowing, precious, ferocious thing in existence. Women's bodies are divine, creative, raw and radiant forces of nature. On the summer solstice we will gather under the highest light to cherish, own and make art from the parts of our bodies and stories we have been conditioned to hide. May we let them come alive to be seen and celebrated in full sight.

Her Body of A.R.T. is a somatic, self expression and spiritual practice of A.R.T. that means Alive Radiant Truth. A.R.T. is an expansive creative path to embody your biggest aliveness and radiate the truth of all of who you really are.

In feminine energetics, mystery is part of the experience, your mind cannot grasp what will unfold or how powerful a space like this is unless you fully open and go through it with your body. These bullet points give but a small flavour of the enormity and exquisiteness of the experience that will unfold in the room on the day.

The day will be led by Francesca Filippa, creator of Her Body of A.R.T. and leader of The Women of A.R.T. Collective alongside other powerhouses Gabi Ribeiro, Charlotte Franssen,  Eve Rose and Nancy Zein.

Five hour magical event £66 (early bird discount HERART6 ~ available until 1 June).

Disclaimer, Boundaries, & Consent Agreement

This is a space for full feminine expression, not repression, the truth sets us all free. With that being said, there is an exquisite and clear way to responsibly hold a relatively safe collective space for women’s full truth. Safety can never be fully guaranteed, one woman’s truth can be another woman’s trigger and that can never be controlled in a space sharing shared and diverse lived experiences.

These boundaries and agreements are in place so every woman in the space understands what is expected of her in an emotionally mature space so she can create A LEVEL of safety for herself and the other women.  Safety is a personal responsibility as much as it is a collective one.

Here is what we will explore on the day and a code of conduct of what is expected of you as practitioners and we ourselves agree to as facilitators. This will be repeated at the beginning of the day.

  • The embodiment journey will begin with a resourcing practice to root into feelings of safety and pleasure then follow the arc of feminine soul descent going in and down into non-verbal feeling states, sensations and emotions of the whole female body and feminine anatomy of the pelvic bowl, then up and out through the heart, and voice through very precise somatic, embodiment, emotional, expression practices to evoke raw power and radiance. At all times there will be invitations for you to listen to your body and what is right for you, nothing is expected or will be demanded from you ever. You will be invited to go at your own pace and can take breaks or say no at any time. This includes the storytelling part.

  • The life drawing space is a space to adore the half clothed or fully unclothed female form and be adored in your fully fleshed expression. There will be opportunities to be topless whilst you draw with no pressure or expectation to do so. If nobody in the space wants to model, one of the facilitators will do this.

  • The storytelling space is a strictly confidential space to share raw truth and emotion from your own experience. Shame dies when stories are told with loving witnesses. To be explicitly clear, the storytelling space is not a space to process trauma, offer unwanted sympathy or advice, ask to be fixed or to fix another woman. The storytelling space is a space to deeply listen and witness another woman in her vulnerability, raw power and radiant courage. If you do want to reflect, resonate or relate to a woman’s story, ask for her consent first and be prepared for her to say no. If you want further integration please ask Francesca and she can facilitate a 1:1 for you after the event.

  • There will be a female photographer subtly taking pictures at certain points of the day for promotional purposes for future events across our websites and social media channels. Please express to Francesca AND the photographer at the beginning of the day if you do not want to be in them when they ask the group. This will also be asked again at the life drawing section which will be very sensitively and respectfully photographed
