UNBOUND is a guided journey designed to help you recognise, release and reset the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Combining the transformative power of group hypnosis with embodied somatic movement, this immersive 90-minute workshop offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system and create space for meaningful change.

So many of the beliefs, habits and emotional responses that shape our lives operate beneath conscious awareness. We often find ourselves repeating the same patterns in our relationships, work, self-worth or wellbeing without fully understanding why. UNBOUND is an invitation to gently uncover what is driving those patterns, meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, and begin creating new pathways forward.

This is not simply a workshop about mindset, nor is it a fitness or movement class. It is a carefully curated experience that works with both the mind and the body. Through hypnosis, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed and receptive state where you can access the subconscious layers of your experience. Through somatic movement, you will then be invited to embody what has been revealed, release stored tension and reconnect with your innate sense of presence, safety and freedom.

Together, these practices create a powerful bridge between awareness and action. Insight alone does not create transformation, and neither does movement without understanding. UNBOUND brings both together to support lasting integration and meaningful personal growth.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in familiar cycles, seeking greater self-awareness, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, this experience offers a grounded and supportive space to pause, listen and reset.

Led by Farrah and Lizzie, UNBOUND combines therapeutic hypnosis, nervous system regulation, embodied movement and reflective integration practices to create a journey that is both profound and accessible.

The details below offer a glimpse into the experience, but much of the power of UNBOUND comes from allowing yourself to be fully present with what unfolds in the room on the day.

SOME OF WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY:

A Warm Welcome Into Community

Begin by arriving into a supportive group environment where you can step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself. You'll be guided into a grounded space designed to foster openness, reflection and self-discovery.

A Deeply Restorative Group Hypnosis Journey

Led by Farrah, this 45-minute guided hypnosis experience will help you settle your nervous system, quiet external distractions and access the deeper layers of your subconscious mind.

Through carefully guided visualisation and hypnotic techniques, you'll be invited to explore patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may no longer be serving you. This is an opportunity to gain insight, cultivate self-awareness and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

The hypnosis is gentle, accessible and designed to leave you feeling calm, centred and connected to yourself.

Somatic Movement for Release and Reconnection

Following the hypnosis journey, Lizzie will guide a 30-minute somatic movement experience designed to help you embody and integrate what has surfaced during the session.

Somatic practices work with the body's innate wisdom, helping to release tension, reconnect with sensation and build awareness of how emotions and experiences are held physically. Through guided movement, breath and mindful attention, you'll be invited to move in ways that feel supportive and natural for your body.

No previous movement experience is required. This is not a performance or exercise class, but an invitation to listen, feel and reconnect.

Nervous System Regulation and Embodied Awareness

Throughout the workshop, you'll explore simple yet powerful practices that support nervous system regulation, helping you cultivate greater resilience, presence and ease in everyday life.

These tools can help deepen your awareness of how your body responds to stress, challenge and change, while offering practical ways to return to a more grounded state.

Reflection, Integration and Q&A

The final part of the workshop creates space for questions, reflections and integration. This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the experience, share insights if you wish, and leave with practical takeaways that you can continue exploring beyond the workshop.

A Meaningful Reset

By the end of the session, many participants experience a greater sense of clarity, lightness and connection. While every person's journey is unique, the intention of UNBOUND is to support you in recognising what is ready to be released, reconnecting with your inner resources and stepping forward with renewed awareness.

WHO THIS IS FOR

UNBOUND is for anyone who:

* Feels stuck in recurring patterns, behaviours or ways of thinking.

* Wants to better understand themselves and their subconscious drivers.

* Is seeking greater emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.

* Feels disconnected from their body and wants to reconnect through movement.

* Is navigating a life transition or period of personal growth.

* Wants a supportive space for reflection, self-discovery and reset.

* Is curious about hypnosis, somatic practices or embodied healing modalities.

No prior experience with hypnosis, meditation or somatic movement is required.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax, move freely and feel at ease in your body.

Layers are recommended so you can adjust your comfort throughout the hypnosis and movement portions of the workshop.

WHAT TO BRING

* A water bottle.

* A journal or notebook and pen for any reflections or insights.

* An open mind and a willingness to be curious about your experience.

Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.

DISCLAIMER AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

UNBOUND is an experiential wellbeing workshop designed to support self-awareness, relaxation and personal reflection. The practices offered are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

Participation is always by invitation, never expectation. You are encouraged to listen to your body and engage at a pace that feels right for you. You may choose to modify any exercise, take a break or step out of the room at any time.

The hypnosis component is a collaborative process that guides participants into a state of focused relaxation and heightened awareness. You remain in control throughout the experience and are free to engage with the process in a way that feels comfortable for you.

The somatic movement component is designed to be accessible to a range of abilities and experience levels. Participants are responsible for working within their own physical limits and seeking appropriate medical advice if they have any concerns regarding participation.

Any personal sharing that occurs during the workshop is invited to be held with confidentiality, respect and compassion. We ask all participants to contribute to creating a supportive environment where everyone's experience is honoured without judgement, advice-giving or pressure to share.

Photography may be taken during certain parts of the event for future promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs will have the opportunity to notify the facilitators upon arrival.
