Returning to the Mat: Re-centering Through Yoga, Breath and Cacao

It’s easy to take yoga practice for granted if it’s dialled into your schedule and you rarely miss a class. But sometimes it takes a bit of a shake up to remind you that it’s a powerful tool to deal with all that life throws at you. 

I’ve had a bit of a tumultuous couple of weeks and my regular practice took a back seat for a moment. Without the benefits of breathwork and movement I began to feel that my body suffered, my nervous system became discombobulated and, as a result, my soul started asking awkward questions. 

But the point is, as with those wobbles on the mat, you re-focus, re-centre and re-commit. So if you’ve missed a few classes recently, don’t worry. Oca will welcome you back with open arms and copious amounts of Cacao. :)
