What Is Sadhana? How a Daily Yoga Practice Supports Growth and Alignment

Winter can be a long and challenging time in England. Through February, we are reflecting on the importance of sadhana.
In yoga, sadhana is your practice, your offering. It is the daily, committed devotion you make to yourself. An offering to your sacred self: who you are and who you are becoming.

Your sadhana might be your yoga practice, another form of movement, prayer, meditation, nourishing food or any daily ritual that supports your growth. It is whatever you choose to return to each day with intention, helping you move closer to your goals and to a more aligned version of yourself.

Small, consistent steps create lasting change. Daily habits shape long-term growth.

So I ask you: what is your sadhana?

What do you offer yourself each day?

What small steps are you taking, again and again, towards growth, evolution and your higher self?

With love,

Monica
