Imbolc at Oca: A Mini Retreat of Light, Food & Community
As the wheel turns gently toward spring, we gathered at Oca to celebrate Imbolc the ancient Celtic festival that marks the halfway point between winter solstice and spring equinox.
Imbolc is a celebration of returning light, new beginnings, and the quiet stirring beneath the soil. It’s a moment to pause and ask:
What is ready to grow?
What is awakening within me?
Our Oca Imbolc Brunch
This year, our Imbolc became a beautiful mini retreat afternoon held by Gabi, Bella and Nancy.
We wove together reflection, gentle ritual, seasonal food and community connection. Candles lit. Intentions written. Laughter shared. Plates passed around the table. It felt simple and sacred at the same time just how we love it.
There was something very special about this gathering. The softness. The presence.
The feeling that even in the quiet of winter, something powerful is always preparing to bloom.
We truly felt the strength of our Oca community that afternoon.
