Quiet Spark, Growing Roots: Embrace Steady Self-Growth
A Quiet Spark, Growing Roots
This past month, something shifted. Gently at first — then unmistakably. A little spark deep within me has reignited. It’s one that’s been quietly growing over the last year, through a lot of shedding, unlearning, and soft (sometimes uncomfortable) growth. And suddenly, I feel… excited again.
Excited to create. Excited to explore. Excited to bring new textures, ideas and intentions into my sound baths and practices. It feels like meeting an old part of myself with fresh eyes — familiar, but renewed.
As we move through Capricorn season, I’m really feeling the call to grow roots. Not in a rigid way, but in a nourishing one. To focus on what truly grounds me, what feels steady and essential. The kind of roots that allow us to stand strong through change, rather than resist it.
There’s something comforting about this energy — less rushing, more building. Less forcing, more trusting. I’m leaning into what wants to take shape naturally, knowing that strong roots make space for meaningful expansion.
Here’s to steady growth, quiet excitement, and creating from a place that feels deeply rooted.
