Finding Balance in Yoga: Why Sustainable Practice Matters

At the beginning of the year, it’s easy to feel motivated to do more - more classes, more effort, more intensity. Yet yoga reminds us that balance is found not in extremes, but in steady, sustainable practice. Some days your practice may feel strong and energising. Other days it may be slow, quiet or restorative. Both are equally valuable. Learning to respect the natural rhythm of your body and energy is part of the practice itself. Progress in yoga isn’t always visible. Often, it shows up as a deeper breath, a calmer response or a greater sense of ease in daily life.

Leah
