Embracing Spring: Growth, Change, and New Beginnings in Yoga and Life

As the days grow longer and the world begins to bloom, spring reminds us that change is both natural and necessary. In yoga, we learn to move with what is - to soften, adapt and trust the process. Spring carries that same energy: quiet, steady growth unfolding in its own time.

This season feels especially meaningful to me, as I’ve recently stepped into a new chapter in my own life - I got married. I have stepped into a change that I have been so excited and ready for and along with the brightening skies and longer days, it truly feels like a new beginning.

Like nature, we are constantly evolving. Sometimes that means letting go of what no longer serves us, creating space for something new to emerge. On the mat, this might look like trying something different or releasing expectations. Off the mat, it can be saying yes to new opportunities or simply allowing life to shift.

Spring invites us to reflect: what’s ready to grow within you?

Breathe deeply. Begin again.

With love,

Leah
