What’s Inspiring Me By Gabi

Nature has always been a huge source of inspiration for me, her rhythms, her beauty, her resilience. She reminds me to slow down, to connect, and to honour life in all its forms.

Recently, I watched the latest David Attenborough documentary, Ocean, (https://youtu.be/v5J7aP2FYH4?si=ih8GxCJfbrL_48sr ) and it truly moved me. The film dives deep into the vast, mysterious world beneath the waves, showcasing incredible marine life, from delicate coral reefs to majestic whales and playful dolphins.

It’s a reminder of how interconnected we all are, how the oceans, which cover over 70% of our planet, are not just home to incredible creatures but also regulate our climate and sustain all life on Earth.

What struck me most was not just the beauty of the underwater world, but also the message: that the oceans are fragile and in urgent need of protection. The documentary highlights the devastating impact of human activity, yet also offers hope, showing how nature can recover when given the chance.

Watching it filled me with both awe and responsibility a deeper desire to live more consciously and to inspire others to do the same.

If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend taking an evening to watch it. Let yourself be moved, and reminded, of the magic of our blue planet.

So Alegria! Only Joy!
