What’s inspiring me By Aleksander

It’s been just over a month since Oca London opened, and I’ve felt incredibly lucky to be part of it from day one. I teach Vinyasa Flow on Monday mornings and Ashtanga on Wednesdays and from the very first class, I felt something unique about this space.

As a teacher, walking into a studio where the energy feels both grounded and alive makes a real difference. Oca offers that in abundance. There’s a quiet focus in the room, a spaciousness that invites presence, both mine and the students’. It’s a space that holds movement with intention and breath with clarity.

What stands out to me most is the atmosphere: calm but vibrant, minimal but warm. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and teach from the body, not just the plan.

I’m excited to continue growing with this studio — to share more mornings of practice, exploration, and connection.
