Celebrating the Oca Yoga Community: A Teacher’s Reflection

This month I’m dedicating my thoughts to Gabi, our amazing leader, and the gorgeous Oca team.

I’ve been teaching Rocket yoga weekly at Oca since the studio opened and it very quickly became the highlight of my week. I feel so honoured to teach in such a stunning space and become a part of this genuinely supportive and heart warming community.

Next month I’m going to be starting a new adventure for a while, which will involves leaving London and living in my van! Of course, I’m very excited, but I’ll definitely miss the special Oca energy which we all create and nurture.

Thank you Gabi for offering me such an amazing opportunity and for trusting me to hold space and teach our lovely community. You have been so generous with your spirit and I have learnt so much from you and the whole team of amazing teachers. Thank you all, take care and I’ll be back soon!
