We’re used to controlling things: how a pose looks, how fast we improve. But yoga asks for something different.
Trust your body.
Listen instead of forcing. Some days feel strong, others don’t. That’s part of it.
Trust the pose.
Not everything comes straight away. Poses unfold over time.
Trust the process.
Even when it feels like nothing’s happening, something is.
Let go of control.
Not giving up, just taking a step back. You still show up, you just stop trying to force outcomes.
Trusting your practice is also trusting life a little more.
Sometimes, we don’t need to control everything.
Sometimes, we just need to step back and let things unfold.
