From Dreaming to Doing: Finding Peace in the Shift from Summer to Autumn
If you’re like me, a total sun worshipper, this time of year is such an adjustment. As we swap the endless sun for grey and damp shorter days, it’s okay to feel a little low as summer fades.
Of course though, every ending makes space for something new. Autumn brings its own kind of wonder—the quiet assurance of routine and reality. There’s something unmistakably grounding about this time of year. I always notice a subtle seriousness in the air as there’s a shift from dreaming to doing.
I say let yourself feel the melancholy. Then take a breath, and trust that what’s ahead might hold a different kind of magic.
With gratitude,
Wiz
