Creatine for Brain Health: The Surprising Cognitive Benefits Most People Don’t Know



Lately I’ve been reasearching and experimenting on creatine for brain health.
Most people think creatine is just for muscle and gym performance, but it’s actually involved in how our brain produces energy. The brain uses a huge amount of ATP (our cells’ energy currency), and creatine helps regenerate it so neurons can keep firing efficiently.
