The journey begins with a thoughtfully guided yang-to-yin yoga practice led by Monica and Gabi:
The dynamic yang phase gently awakens strength, mobility, and energy;
Before melting into grounding yin postures that invite stillness, deep release, and inner listening.
This movement practice is held within a continuous live sound journey by Pete, Ian, and Kat.
Together, they create a deeply relaxing soundscape, weaving a rich tapestry of tones through handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, singing bowls, and more.
Expect a dynamic landscape of frequencies that soothe the body, calm the nervous system, and nourish the mind. Throughout the practice, sound serves as a steady companion, enhancing relaxation, presence, and integration.
The afternoon gently concludes with a shared meal of nourishing, wholesome vegetarian food—an opportunity to integrate the experience, connect with one another, and savour a sense of community.
