Letting in the good  

Can we pause during the busyness of our day to simply notice how we feel? 

Take a couple of deeper, slower breaths and let ourselves be affected by the natural world around us. The scent of a flower, a droplet of rain or the unexpected smile from a stranger? 

Can we savour these precious little moments and let them permeate our whole being? 

Letting in the good and staying with these positive and pleasant experiences for 15 seconds or more helps to build our physical, mental and emotional resilience.
