The Joy of Lifelong Learning: Expanding Your Yoga Practice
This month, I'm so thrilled to say I’ve stepped into a new chapter of my yoga journey by beginning my Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course. It’s been inspiring to dive deep into new teachings, explore postures in a new way and uncover layers of anatomy, philosophy and mindfulness that I had only touched on before. Every class and conversation sparks fresh curiosity and excitement in my practice and teaching, but what amazes me most, is how each new insight opens up even more questions. Learning isn’t a destination - it’s a journey that continually expands, inviting us to explore, reflect and grow. The more we discover, the more we realise there is to explore.
As Albert Einstein beautifully put it, “The more I learn, the more I realise how much I don’t know.” This perfectly captures the wonder of learning. It’s not exhausting - it’s energising. Each new lesson invites us to see the world and ourselves, a little more deeply.
So this month, I invite you to embrace the joy of curiosity. Approach your practice, your passions and your life with openness, and let every question guide you to new discoveries. Because the magic of learning is that it never ends - and that’s what makes the journey so thrilling.
With Love,
Leah
