Fire Energy in Yoga: Finding Balance Through Breath, Strength & Rest

This month l’ve been observing the fire energy which exists in all of us. Sparks and friction during interactions with others can be seen as moments of potential to meet with curiosity about what positives can be manifested. In my yoga practice, this has included the cultivation of heat during shining skull pranayama, and exploring the feelings that come up during challenging core focused poses. On balance, holding space for peace and stability remains important especially during volatile times.
