And the journey doesn’t stop after birth. We continue to support you through our Oca Mamas WhatsApp community and our Mum & Baby Yoga classes, helping you stay connected, supported and held during early motherhood. As part of our community, you’ll receive your first Mum & Baby Yoga class for free when you attend our Pregnancy Yoga classes.

Located near London Bridge in the heart of Bermondsey, our studio offers small intimate classes designed to help you feel seen, supported and held throughout your journey into motherhood.

We would love to welcome you (and your bump) into our community.

What is Pregnancy Yoga?

Pregnancy Yoga at Oca London is a space to slow down, connect with your body and baby, and be supported through the beautiful transitions of pregnancy and motherhood.

Our classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, relaxation and grounding practices designed to help ease common aches and pains, build strength and mobility, and prepare both body and mind for birth.

You can expect a gentle yet empowering flow with carefully adapted prenatal postures to help you feel more connected, supported, energised and at home within yourself throughout pregnancy.

Beyond the physical practice, these classes are also about community. A space to meet other mothers-to-be, share the journey together and feel held in a nurturing environment amidst the busyness of London life.

At Oca, we honour pregnancy as a rite of passage creating space not only for movement, but for rest, reflection and connection.

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until birth.

Our teachers

Gabi

Gabriela Ribeiro is a Brazilian-born yoga teacher, mama of two girls and owner of Oca London, raised between Belém, gateway to the Amazon and Rio de Janeiro.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, her work is rooted in mindful movement, community, ancestral wisdom and nervous system support. Through her own journey into motherhood, Gabi felt called to support women during pregnancy in a way that feels nurturing, grounding and empowering, teaching from both professional training and lived bodily experience.

Her Pregnancy Yoga classes combine gentle yet strengthening movement, breathwork, relaxation and pelvic floor awareness to support both the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy, creating a warm space where women feel held throughout their journey into motherhood.

Meg

Originally from Seattle and now a long-time Londoner, Meg Mackay discovered yoga during pregnancy - what began as a gentle introduction quickly became a lifelong passion. That spark evolved into a deep and dedicated practice, ultimately leading her to become a teacher.

She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. Meg’s classes are all about reconnecting with yourself - physically, mentally, and emotionally. She loves a strong, empowering creative flow that builds confidence and self-love, but she's just as inspired by the quieter, transformative shifts that yoga brings off the mat. You’ll find elements of yogic philosophy and pranayama (breathwork) woven into every class, helping students tap into a deeper sense of awareness and presence.

Meg has a special place in her heart for pregnancy and postnatal yoga. She’s passionate about supporting women through every phase of the parenting journey and holding space for all the magic and messiness that can come with new parenthood.

What Our Oca Mama’s say about their experience at oca:

“Oca’s pregnancy classes helped me feel calm, prepared and empowered for birth. The breathing exercises and labour positions we practised in class were incredibly useful during contractions, and because Meg explained everything so clearly, I felt confident using them throughout labour.

It created such a positive birth experience, so different from my first.

I’m so grateful Oca offers these classes and I’ve already been recommending them to friends.”
