Mindful Fridays: Pilates worskhop & Soundbath

Join us for a nourishing Mindful Friday blending Pilates workshop with a deep restful soundbath.

In the first half, you’ll be guided through a Pilates by Aurora class inspired by ZENGA a unique mind–body modality that weaves together elements of Pilates, yoga and meditation.

Through flowing, breath-led movement, we’ll build strength, awareness and ease in both body and mind. Using the mini stability ball, the practice focuses on total-body strengthening with particular attention to abdominal strength, stability and balance.

Expect to stimulate the fascial system, improve mobility and release tension while cultivating mental clarity and presence. In the second half, you’ll be invited to fully let go in a deeply restorative soundbath led by Aleksander, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to integrate the practice through rest and vibration.
