Richard Cuintaco is the founder of SelvaBio Ltd, a London-based company dedicated to importing and promoting authentic superfoods from across South America. Originally from Colombia and having lived many years in Spain, Richard blends cultural insight with a passion for sustainability, fair trade, and natural well-being.
At the heart of SelvaBio is its organic ceremonial cacao from Peru, sourced in close collaboration with Asháninka communities in the central Amazon. Through these partnerships, Richard supports traditional cultivation methods that respect both the rainforest and the people who have safeguarded it for generations. Alongside cacao, SelvaBio offers maca, panela, and sacha inchi oil — all chosen for their purity, traceability, and deep cultural roots.
Richard’s mission is to connect people with the true essence of Latin American superfoods, building a bridge between conscious consumers and the ancestral traditions that sustain them.
