Mindful Fridays: Music & Storytelling Circle

In an age of sensory overload and division, stories remain powerful agents of change that brings us together in community.

Join us for an evening of live music, poetry, and storytelling with Christian Coelho at Oca. This is an invitation to “sit around the fire” and to enter the mythic world that is all around us: a place where forests speak, animals carry messages, and the human soul is shaped through encounter with the wild.

This is an evening for those who sense that something ancient is calling beneath the noise of modern life; for those who long to remember what it means to live with reverence, awe, courage, and kinship.

Open to all.🪶

Born in Rio de Janeiro, where he founded Casa 111 yoga studio, Christian is inspired by native wisdom, mythology, music medicine, and Eastern spirituality. These passions led him to study ceremony with indigenous communities in Brazil, to immerse in myth & storytelling with Dr Martin Shaw, and to pursue academic studies at SOAS University of London, where he earned a master’s degree in the History & Traditions of Yoga. He is currently based in the countryside, but commutes weekly to London to teach classes, workshops, and teacher trainings.
