Mindful Fridays: Men’s Circle & Yoga

An evening to connect via body movement, breath and open-hearted conversation.

For all men with a true desire to break through the veil of stereotypical masculinity that seek genuine honest conversations. Where you can improve your listening skills and at the same time sound out your inner thoughts in a non-judgmental space.

This is a first-time event here at Oca, where we aim to host on a regular basis. The intention is to harbour a healthy culture of communication, support and relevance between men within the endless stir of the city.

What to expect:

  • A smooth & relaxing yoga practice.

  • Agreement Setting

  • A check-in to see where each man’s state of mind is

  • A probing question to set the tone to the circle

  • Individual Shares

18:10 Yoga /Breathing Practice

19:15 Men’s Circle

21:00 Circle Closes
