From 12:00–15:30, we’ll move from a Yang-to-Yin flow with Gabi into a gong + crystal bowl sound journey with Nancy, then Roselyn will guide us through the Thai ritual of letting go — Loy Krathong — before we gather for a gorgeous Thai vegan feast.
